Whether we suggest a SWOT, 5C or PEST analysis, it will help list the most critical problems and relevant opportunities from a Marketing perspective. The Analysis will show how well the company understands its customers and how well it currently positions its brand. Once we have a clear picture of your business, we can identify areas for improvement, core objectives, and growth targets.

Now that we’ve identified opportunities through our analysis, we prioritize and map out which ones we will pursue. Writing a marketing plan will specify your target customers and how we will reach them.

DESIGN
Time to create those beautiful brochures, posters, door hangers, swag, digital ads, web content, photography, illustrations etc! At this stage, we understand perfectly what your company needs, there’s a clear message to be sent out to a specific group of costumers, so we design based on this.

EXECUTION AND IMPLEMENTATION
At this stage of the strategic marketing process, we will work with your internal team on deploying online content, rolling out marketing material and connecting with your target market. This is our favourite part, introducing the world to the fresh version of you!
